06/15/23 - I grew up going to the location in Everett and was so sad when they moved on. Now I've made it my favorite pitstop whenever coming down to go to IKEA. I order on the app, but it's always ready to go on time and most of the employees I've interacted with have been super friendly. I can't speak for authentic, but I do know that I love what they have and wouldn't stop visiting unless they closed down shop. Thanks for a great experience!

02/21/23 - My favorite is the burrito Ultimo enchilado style. I wish they still had a restaurant in Bellevue. There used to be one on Bellevue Way and one in Overlake Bellevue but those are gone. Hopefully someday they will bring Baja Fresh back to Bellevue. For now the occasional visit when I happen to be in Kent will have to do...
