09/27/23 - Baja Fresh will be opening its doors this Friday, September 29, 2023. I had the opportunity to speak with one of their employees, who was incredibly friendly and provided me with all the exciting details. The new location will feature the same extensive menu as the previous one, with the exciting addition of Mango Salsa! I am eagerly looking forward to my visit this Friday and will be sure to update my review accordingly.

Update: They have pushed their soft launch to a few days.
